I have competed at Hastings Musical Festival since I can remember and it was such a significant part of my stage experience and fuelled my passion for performing. It is such a supportive atmosphere as you are constantly surrounded by a range of incredibly talented people and I can’t thank Hastings Musical Festival enough for making such an amazing opportunity for our local area. I am currently in my first year at the prestigious Laine Theatre Arts and am living the dream day in day out; thanks to the help of Hastings Musical Festival I am able to train and be taught by unbelievable creatives in the industry and people I have looked up to since I was a child. I would really encourage you to enter Hastings Musical Festival as it can really help boost confidence, make forever friendships and create an electric environment for hobbies and talents to excel.
